Sodexo is seeking a Retail Manager 2 for Yale New Haven Hospital, Saint Raphael Campus in New Haven, CT.
The Retail Manager 2 will oversee front and back of house retail operations. Reporting to the General Manager, this position will oversee three retail managers, multiple venues and approximately 25 union, frontline staff. Responsibilities include retail menu and promotion development, cash handling, driving retail sales, KPI attainment, client and Sodexo budget creation and adherence, c-suite relationships at the local hospital and health system level, and overall coordination and delivery of Sodexo's programs and high standards for this prestigious client organization.
