Role Overview

As a Senior Group Specialist at Sodexo supporting one of our Oil &Gas clients, you will perform traditional maintenance planning and scheduling duties for facilities equipment and other services performed on-site. This onsite role oversees the facility’s Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) (Maximo) activities and manages performance metrics by account KPIs. 

 

What You'll Do

  • Review work orders, assess urgency, prioritize tasks, and coordinate planned downtime or outages with relevant stakeholders.
  • Manage service requests with vendors or clients, and oversee the requisition of necessary parts and supplies.
  • Provide management with reports on work order completion rates, schedule adherence, and other performance metrics, highlighting opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain preventative maintenance plans and schedules aligned with the organization’s maintenance goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).

What You Bring

  • 2 years of maintenance planning/scheduling experience in a CMMS or Maximo system. 
  • Solid understanding of maintenance activities and the ability to describe what needs to be accomplished, and estimate labor hours, tools, and resources required to complete different work orders.
