This position will report to the General Managers and support the Culinary-Dining and Environmental Service Departments with inventory, billing, report running and basic administrative responsibilities. Previous experience working with budgets, invoicing and/or financial software programs is desired. Bilingual candidates (Creole - Spanish) highly preferred!
