Unit Description

Sodexo is #NowHiring our Executive Chef 2 for the Atlanta Braves Training Camp in Venice, FL. Our successful candidate will work days typically, with the ability to manage the evening shifts and weekends especially during Spring Training. Our Leader will have a comprehensive knowledge of Latin Food with a focus on Dominican and sports performance cuisine. 

  

The successful candidate will:

  • Interacts professionally with Major League Baseball Players, management and staff
  • Bilingual Spanish - English is preferred
  • Manage Sports Nutrition for our team's success
  • Ensure food safety, sanitation and workplace safety standard compliance 
  • Develop and motivate team members to produce sports focused culinary innovations
  • Be responsible for purchasing, menu innovation, inventory, food cost analysis and food production forecasting
  • Have working knowledge of automated food inventory, ordering, production and management systems

Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Basic Management Experience - 2 years
Basic Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
