Starbucks Manager

Sodexo is seeking a Starbucks Manager at Kapi'olani Medical Center in Honolulu, HI. The retail store manager will direct all operations for the licensed Starbucks and a small café dining area at this hospital. This strategic leader will be a dynamic team player with a strong background in managing teams and providing an exceptional customer experience.

This position offers a competitive salary with a full benefits package that kicks in immediately! The typical schedule is Tuesday-Saturday with no nights. 

The successful candidate will:

• manage all retail operations for the Starbucks and Café
• motivate, coach, mentor and develop frontline hourly staff 
• provide high-level service to customers 
• oversee cash handing processes and POS programming and maintenance
• manage vendor relationships and compliance 
• maintain all product merchandising, marketing and ordering standards are in place
• coordinate department safety and sanitation

We are looking for candidates who have:

• management experience with Starbucks or general food service industry (restaurants, catering, hospitality, hotels, etc.)
• proven success with mentoring and developing others and promoting a healthy culture in the workplace 
• understanding of food safety and sanitation
