Sodexo Campus Segment is hiring an Executive Chef 2 at Monroe Community College in Rochester, NY. The successful candidate provides culinary leadership within the unit including menu planning, program execution and staff management & training. Works directly with internal and external clients managing the catering process from beginning through execution.

The Executive Chef will be responsible for all culinary operations and the ideal candidate will be an energetic, polished Culinary Professional. Seeking candidates with a proven track record for developing, leading, and engaging culinary teams.
Develops menu, implements and trains HACCP, oversees/purchases food, establishes production levels and inventory controls, interviews and hires new chefs, manages/controls food cost issues and offer solutions, may train other chefs outside account. This is a hands on position.

Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Basic Management Experience - 2 years
Basic Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
