Sodexo is seeking a Digital Solutions Manager within the Marketing Department to support our Campus and Government segments. This role requires a dynamic and organized individual who is passionate about using digital solutions to drive growth and enhance operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with an interest in cutting-edge solutions, eager to learn, explore new technologies and design innovative solutions in the market, while maintaining a collaborative mindset.

Key Responsibilities:
Digital Proposal Support:
- Serve as the primary liaison for internal teams seeking digital recommendations for RFPs.
- Review and maintain core proposal language to ensure it's up-to-date and accurately reflects the capabilities of the digital tools in our portfolio.
- Collaborate with deployment teams to ensure proposals are strategically aligned with client-specific needs, segment priorities and regulatory requirements.
Special Innovation Projects:
- Spearhead niche digital innovation projects that differentiate Sodexo’s offerings in the Campus and Government segments.
Government Digital Solutioning:
- Become a subject matter expert on government regulations and restrictions as they pertain to digital solutioning, continuously staying informed and ensuring proposed solutions meet compliance requirements.
- Work with internal teams to identify and source innovative digital solutions tailored to the unique operational and regulatory requirements of the Government segment.
Process Mapping and Optimization:
- Analyze existing workflows and processes to identify opportunities for improvement through digital solutions.
- Support process mapping and optimization to ensure that digital deployments are scalable, efficient and aligned with business objectives.

- Skills in identifying challenges, analyzing problems and delivering actionable solutions that improve efficiency and scalability.
Organizational Agility:
- Demonstrates exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and navigate ambiguity. Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
Collaborative Mindset:
- Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth digital solutioning. Capable of engaging with key stakeholders across functions to drive alignment and successful outcomes.
Interest in Digital Innovation:
- A strong interest in digital technologies such as robotics, digital signage, mobile applications, ordering kiosks and POS platforms. Eager to learn and explore emerging tech solutions, with a willingness to stay informed on industry trends. Experience in these areas is a plus but not required.
