Sodexo is seeking a Catering Manager at the University of Mary Washington in Fredericksburg, VA. The Catering Manager provides supervision for catering services at this unit to ensure client satisfaction and retention for the Company. Oversees a highly complex and high volume of catering sales and functions in excess of $1M in managed catering volume. Contributes to account revenue and operating profit contribution through the implementation of services and creation of opportunities for growth. Plans projects, including defining objectives, methods, timetables and budget to support client and Sodexo's strategic plan. The Catering Manager III will be the senior most position in the catering department reporting to the Director of Operations. Must have a strong knowledge of high end catering, managing multiple events in a wide range of locations. Planning and organizational skills are the keys to success.

Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Basic Management Experience - 2 years
Basic Functional Experience – 1 year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
