Sodexo Corporate Services Division is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to support a location for one of our Global Partners. This location is a fulfillment and distribution site, located in Shippensburg, PA. The Operations Manager will be our primary point of contact for Environmental Services and support our Maintenance and Security operations.
Under the direction of the Director of Facilities Operations, the Operations Manager will be the central liaison for all second shift operations on site while managing a team of 20+ full time employees. The schedule for this role is 2-10pm and this Operations Manager must be comfortable with a flexible schedule.

Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Basic Management Experience - 5 years
Basic Functional Experience - 3 years work experience in facilities (e.g., maintenance, plant operations, engineering services, grounds, custodial/environmental, or transportation) or food (e.g., food services or operations, concessions, retail sales, store operations, or vending) services
