Role Overview

As a Culinary General Manager at Sodexo with the Good Eating Company you’ll be at the forefront of culinary excellence, curating upscale hospitality experiences that delight our discerning clientele.

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic manager who is focused on elevating the guest experience. The Culinary General Manager will operate a Café at Santana Row an upscale residential and commercial district of West San Jose, California. The Culinary General Manager will oversee the entire team, from kitchen staff to front-of-house, fostering an environment of excellence and customer advocacy, this position is a hands-on culinary role responsible for menu planning and execution.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience  
Minimum Management Experience - 5 years              
Minimum Functional Experience - 5 years
