Sodexo Government is seeking a Human Resources Manager to support nationwide business accounts in a union and non-union environment. Main responsibilities will be to support the employee life cycle, including training, employee relations, recruiting support, and educating managers on policies and procedures. This is a remote based position, but the ideal candidate will reside near a major airport on the east coast. The selected candidate must be able to travel to fit the needs of the business.

Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Basic Management Experience - 2 years
Basic Functional Experience – 2 years in HR
