Sodexo is seeking a Patient Services Manager 2 to join our food service team at Renown Regional Medical Center, located in Reno, NV.  Renown Health is the region’s only Level II Trauma Center, serving over 1 million people and 100,000 square miles. Renown offers desperately needed health and medical services in remote, rural communities.

 

If you are a Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) with a background in Patient ExperiencePatient Services, and/or Food Services in a healthcare environment, apply now! 

 

The successful candidate will:

  • Work with the culinary team and other managers to oversee daily operations to ensure a smooth flow of food services to patients;
  • Effectively manage a high volume patient tray line operation;
  • Evaluate and develop service levels for the overall Patient Services Program; 
  • Ensure company food and physical safety programs and standards are followed
  • Oversee cash handing processes, and POS programming and maintenance;

  • a proven background as a collaborative leader in the food service industry
  • natural ability to lead and build teams and foster engagement
  • Certified Dietary Manager (CDM)

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
