Sodexo is seeking a Retail Food Operations Manager at Nebraska Medical Center located in Omaha, NE. The Food Operations Manager will manage and direct food locations (Starbucks, Restaurant, Cafés, Convenient Store, and Micro-Market) throughout the hospital. The Food Operations Manager will be a dynamic team player with a strong background in directing front of house food operations and teams.

Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Basic Management Experience - 3 years
Basic Functional Experience - 3 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
