Sodexo University Dining is seeking a Food Operations Manager 3 to join our dining services team at Northwest Missouri State University which is located in Maryville, Missouri. Northwest Missouri State University is a smaller dining services account with approximately 500 student boarders, with offerings that include: Resident Dining, Retail, Conferencing & Catering Services. Reporting to the General Manager, the Food Operations Manager will assist in the oversight of a dedicated and talented team of employees within the dining operation. This position will lead the management food team with a strong focus on service, standards, training, systems, programs and client excellence. We are seeking a well-rounded food operations manager with experience that includes front and back of the house food operations, as well as catering services.

It offers a broad range of undergraduate and selected graduate programs on its Maryville campus as well as its Northwest-Kansas City location at the Northland Innovation Center and through Northwest Online.

Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Basic Management Experience - 3 years
Basic Functional Experience - 3 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
