As the Multi Service Operations Manager you will assist our client via face-to-face interaction, email and phone providing prompt, courteous and customer-oriented services to staff and visitors. This role provides supervision of daily facilities management activities in Janitorial, Landscaping, Pest Control, Mail-room Services, Event coordination, and Site Services at a client site. Ensure client satisfaction and retention. Implements strategies to meet Client and Company objectives and achieve profitable growth.

Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Basic Management Experience - 5 years
Basic Functional Experience - 3 years work experience in facilities (e.g., maintenance, plant operations, engineering services, grounds, custodial/environmental, or transportation) or food (e.g., food services or operations, concessions, retail sales, store operations, or vending) services
