Role Overview

Sodexo Energy & Resource is seeking a qualified Operations Manager 2- Multi Services to join our team at an Oil and Gas company in Pasadena, TX.  As the Multi-Service Operations Manager, you will assist our client via face-to-face interaction, email, and phone providing prompt, courteous, and customer-oriented services to staff and visitors. This role provides supervision of daily facilities management activities in Janitorial, Landscaping, Pest Control, Mail-room Services, Event coordination, and Site Services at a client site. Ensure client satisfaction and retention. Implements strategies to meet Client and Company objectives and achieve profitable growth.

 

 

What You'll Do

  • Oversee daily operations of multiple core services, ensuring employees have the necessary resources and equipment to meet goals and deadlines.
  • Supervise work activities, delegate tasks, prioritize duties, and monitor performance to maintain operating standards.
  • Manage budgets, control costs, and ensure compliance with safety regulations, including training and hazardous material handling.
  • Establishes a safe work environment for employees by providing safety-related training and equipment maintenance and by ensuring compliance with Sodexo safety and loss prevention programs and with standards and procedures for the handling and storage of hazardous materials and/or waste and complies with all government regulations.

What You Bring

  • Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Basic Management Experience - 3 years   
  • Basic Functional Experience - 3 years work experience in facilities (e.g., maintenance, plant operations, engineering services, grounds, custodial/environmental, or transportation) or food (e.g., food services or operations, concessions, retail sales, store operations, or vending) services
  • Working knowledge and skills in custodial and housekeeping services.
