Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage retail food service operations, ensuring high-quality customer experiences and driving revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with the team to implement marketing strategies and promotions to boost sales.
  • Develop and manage budgets, ensuring financial goals are met or exceeded.
  • Mentor and train staff to maintain high standards of service and operational efficiency.
  • Work closely with hospital leadership to align retail operations with the needs of patients, staff, and visitors.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food quality standards.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • A background in food service, with Sodexo experience or healthcare experience as a plus.
  • Strong marketing and sales acumen, with the ability to drive gross sales and identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

Basic Management Experience - 3 years
Basic Functional Experience - 3 years of experience in retail operations
