Sodexo’s Corporate Services is seeking a Sous Chef for the cast member dining backstage at Disneyland in Los Angles, California. The Sous Chef will support all culinary operations at Disney Land Eat Ticket Café responsibilities including hands on cooking and food ordering, and overseeing the food safety program with a focus on excellent customer experience

The successful candidate will: 

• work hands-on with the team to meet and exceed business needs
• supervise, develop, and mentor staff
• assist with procurement and purchasing
• help create interpersonal relationships with clients and customers 

 The ideal candidate will have the following:

• communication skills
• cooking experience
• successful customer service skills  
• a valid driver’s license is required for this position
• flexibility in scheduling: shift will include weekdays, nights, and weekends
