Sodexo is seeking a District Manager 2 to oversee our Corporate Dining Food accounts located in Washington DC and Maryland Metro Area. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading all activities and teams for this region and will have oversight of 20 Accounts with 20+ sites and 18-20 direct reports (Chef Managers & General Managers) with a total managed volume of ~$25 million. In this position you will lead the business to achieve economic and commercial performance and managing talent in scope as this position reports to the Vice President, Operations.
This is a remote position, and the successful candidate will need to reside in the Washington DC / Maryland Metro area and requires 60% travel to client sites with most of it being day travel. A valid driver's license is required.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and people and a keen eye for retail and culinary offerings to lead the strategic food and beverage operations, oversight, and client reporting for 20+ corporate dining locations. Managing and developing the on-site teams with a focus on best-in-class hospitality, workplace experience and continued innovation. Plus, client focused with a strong financial acumen to identify growth opportunities.
This position offers a traditional Business & Industry, Predominately M-F schedule. Paid vacation, Medical Benefits beginning date of hire, and 401K.
