Sodexo is seeking a Food Production Manager 2 for Texas Christian University located in Fort Worth, TX for a new dining hall scheduled to open in January 2025. The new dining hall is the latest addition to this expanding account. This Food Production Manager will be responsible for DRIVE, daily menuing, production, post production, and following recipes for resident dining and retail operations on campus. The Food Production Manager will focus on healthy, sustainable, all natural, vegan/vegetarian options. This manager will supervise approximately 35 employees.
