Sodexo is seeking an Executive Chef 2 for Hackensack Meridian Mountainside Medical Center, a 365-bed community hospital located in Montclair, NJ. The Executive Chef will oversee a team of approximately 5 cooks serving patient meals, and cafeteria retail. In this role you will be a part of the Sodexo management team, reporting to the Food GM. The schedule for this role is primarily daytime, Monday-Friday, however approximately 1x/week you'll work the closing shift, and a weekend shift every 3rd weekend. At this location, parking and meals are free for employees.

Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Basic Management Experience - 2 years
Basic Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
