Sodexo is seeking a General Manager 2 for Panera is located within Promedica Toledo Hospital in Toledo, Ohio.

 

Panera at ProMedica Toledo Hospital opened in November 2019.  It is one of three retail outlets within the hospital and does $1.4 million in sales a year.  

 

The successful candidate will:

  • have oversight of daily food operations and deliver a high-quality product
  • achieve company and financial targets and goals to include oversight food costs, labor costs
  • develop and maintain customer relationships
  • motivate, coach, mentor and develop 20 frontline (hourly) staff members and 5 supervisors
  • ensure Sodexo/Panera standards are met to include compliance with company food and physical safety programs

Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Basic Management Experience - 2 years
