General Manager 5 - Food

Sodexo is seeking highly motivated and experienced manager to lead the food operations team as the General Manager 5 at Methodist Hospital Stone Oak, a 350-bed hospital that has built a strong reputation as the clinical leader in complex brain surgery across the nation located in San Antonio, TX. 

The General Manager will be responsible for managing food operations, labor productivity, budgets and financial reporting with a heavy focus on client relations while driving patient/guest satisfaction scores.

• can demonstrate the ability to prioritize tasks and exhibit flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
