Sodexo is seeking a General Manager 4 for Colleges of the Fenway in Boston, MA.  Nestled in the heart of Boston’s Medical and Arts district. The Colleges of Fenway is a consortium of 3 universities: MassArt, Wentworth & Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Services. We are seeking a talented, driven individual to run our Residential dining program. The ideal candidate will possess great customer service, ability to manage a union environment and strong financial acumen.

The successful candidate will:

·         have oversight of day-to-day operations;

·         deliver high quality food service;

·         achieve company and client financial targets and goals; 

·         develop and maintain client and customer relationships;

·         develop strategic plans;

·         create a positive environment; and/or

·         ensure Sodexo standards are met.

• prioritize tasks and exhibit flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed
