Sodexo is seeking a dynamic Client Executive 1 for 5 Coastal Novant New Hanover locations in the Wilmington, NC area. 

The Client Executive 1 will have direct oversight of salaried managers.  Our ideal candidate will be a strong leader with exceptional leadership skills to drive patient satisfaction, employee retention and employee development

The successful candidate should have strong financial acumen, talent management, communication skills and front-line leadership, in addition to a demonstrated track record of developing strong client relationships.

You have:

• Experience in food services operations management as well as working in multiple sites.
• Knowledge of latest trends and innovations to drive client value
• Track record demonstrating strong leadership skills
• Ability to build and develop a strong team
• Strong organizational skills
• Client relationship skills
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact from frontline to C-suite
• Business development skills to identify and successfully target growth opportunities among existing clients
• Financial and creative problem-solving acumen

• have culinary production experience and a strong background in safety and sanitation compliance;

• prioritize tasks and exhibit flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed; and/or
• Preference to demonstrate working knowledge of Sodexo Food Management System (FMS) The Market Connection (TMC) or is proficient in computer skills and report management experience.
