Sodexo is seeking a General Manager 2- Environmental Services / Custodial for Baptist Medical Center Nassau located on Amelia Island in Fernandina, FL. The GM reports directly to the Client Executive and will oversee approximately 27 FTEs at 2 sites, the hospital and a freestanding Emergency Department.
Baptist Medical Center Nassau is a highly advanced, extremely well-equipped 65 bed community hospital on Amelia Island that provides a full spectrum of in and out patient services and 24-hour emergency care to coastal communities in northeast Florida and southeast Georgia. The medical staff includes highly trained physicians in 24 different specialties who practice locally, and as part of the Baptist Health System.
Our Sodexo Healthcare Environmental Services/Housekeeping teams work to direct housekeeping operations at healthcare client locations, partnering with them to deliver innovative solutions. These teams also have responsibility for driving client satisfaction by providing stellar customer service via effective communication with all levels of hospital staff, as well as follow-through with action items that impact both client and patient satisfaction.
