Sodexo is seeking an Environmental Services/Custodial Manager for Eagleville Hospital to oversee the housekeeping team. This is a 300 bed Drug and Alcohol Rehabilitation Hospital located in Eagleville PA. The successful candidate will work a 2nd shift (12pm-8:30pm) managing a team of 15, working every other weekend including some holidays as business needs dictate. Overall will manage daily interaction, weekly huddles, and meetings. Prior Environmental Service management experience in a health care/hospital environment would be helpful. Candidate must have excellent communication skills and have the ability to handle multiple priorities at one time, in a fast paced environment.
