We're seeking for a highly motivated self-starter with the drive and knowledge of the food management system to include; proper food handling, quantity purchasing of food products and supplies, and receiving techniques of goods delivered to the facility. Good communication skills are a must with in unit ordering managers and staff as well as developing vendor relationships. Knowledge of menu items, product quality standards and pricing strategies also play an important role, while managing operational priorities and processes.
