What You'll Do

  • Manage purchasing, menu compliance, inventory, food cost analysis, and food production forecasting.
  • Ensure Sodexo Culinary standards, including recipe compliance and food quality, are consistently met.
  • Develop and motivate team members to embrace culinary innovations and enhance performance.
  • Ensure adherence to food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
  • Maintain compliance with all food safety and health regulations.
  • Utilize automated food inventory, ordering, and production systems to optimize operations and streamline processes.

Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 5 years
