Sodexo is seeking a Fulltime Clinical Nutrition Manager to work at Fort Hudson Health System in Fort Edward, NY.  Fort Hudson Health System, a Not-for-Profit senior provider, offers an innovative, comprehensive, and individualized approach to senior services servicing Warren, Washington and Saratoga Counties.  Offering a $2500 sign-on bonus!


Working with a part-time RD, the successful candidate will:

 

  • provide nutritional care to the long-term care residents and sub-acute rehab patients;
  • provide nutritional care to residents of Assisted Living upon consult or request;
  • meet DOH/state/federal and company standards;
  • be an active member of the interdisciplinary care conferences;
  • represent the Food & Nutrition Department as a liaison with the medical and nursing staff; and/or
  • support the food service operation as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Education Requirement:

Master's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND) 

For those eligible for the registration exam prior to 1/1/24:

Bachelor's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND) 

 

Credentials Requirement:

Meets eligibility requirements for Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and will become registered within 120 days of hire.  In some states and/or facilities the RD/RDN credentials is required at the time of hire
Certification/licensure as required by state(s) of practice. In some states and/or facilities state certification/licensure is required at the time of hire
