Client Executive 1 (Single Client)

Sodexo is seeking a Client Executive 1 (Single Client) for Yale New Haven Health located in New Haven, CT.

The Client Executive 1 will manage all food service operations at Yale New Haven’s York Street Campus (1,000 patient bed service program with 6 retail locations) and indirect oversight of St Raphaels Campus (510 patient beds, 2 retail locations with bedside dining). Reporting to the Client Executive II, this position is responsible for operational excellence, multi-site contract management, KPI attainment, client and Sodexo budget creation and adherence, c-suite relationships at the local hospital and health system level, and overall coordination and delivery of Sodexo's programs and high standards for this prestigious client organization.

• cultivate relationships with clients and other teams within Sodexo;
• ensure the fulfillment of all contract commitments;
• sustain client satisfaction and retention;
• and maintain strong employee relations.
