Role Overview

Sodexo is seeking our BILINGUAL SPANISH-ENGLISH Environmental Services-Custodial Operations Manager 2 for our client partners at the University of Louisiana Lafayette.  Our successful bilingual candidate will have experience with managing environmental services in a campus environment, during special events and high-profile events including weddings, working flexible times, with the occasional night and weekend work. Our leader will have demonstrated experience mentoring a large team including explaining goals of contract to the team and be able to execute a plan and drive results. The ability to understand service needs and accurately scale labor needs for large high-profile special events on campus.

What You'll Do

 

  • Be bilingual English-Spanish to lead our frontline hourly team
  • Manage environmental services in a campus environment, during special events and high-profile events including weddings, working flexible times, with the occasional night and weekend work
  • Have demonstrated experience mentoring a large team including explaining goals of contract to the team and be able to execute a plan and drive results
  • Have the ability to understand service needs and accurately scale  labor needs for large high-profile events

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 2 years of work experience in Housekeeping, Environmental or Custodial Services
