Sodexo Senior Living is seeking two Food Operations Managers 1 for Simpson House, an upscale continuing care retirement community located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This Food Operations Manager will oversee dining operations serving approximately 250 Independent living, assisted living and personal care residents. Dining operations include one fine dining room and bistro for independent living, one personal care and one assisted living dining room. This Food Operations Manager will oversee front of house operations and do roundings in the kitchen, safety compliance for cafe, and will fill in for General Manager in their absence. Will manage a staff of 40 union employees. Typical shift will vary between 6:00am - 4:00pm or 10:00am - 7:00pm with every other weekend coverage.

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
