Sodexo is seeking a Food Service Manager 2 at Lovelace Westside, a 92-bed acute care facility located in Albuquerque, NM.

• supervise day-to-day food service operations and team members;

• motivate, coach, mentor and develop frontline staff and supervisors; 
• interact with customers, hospital staff, and visitors to ensure customer satisfaction; and/or 

• deliver high quality food services including retail, catering and patient meal management operations.

Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience. Salary offers are based on a candidate's specific criteria, like experience, skills, education, and training. Sodexo offers a comprehensive benefits package that may include:

• will have a hands-on approach and strong skills in employee engagement, process improvement, and communication;
