Sodexo is seeking a Client Executive 2 for the Northern Ohio area. 

 

The Client Executive must have a proven track record of driving outcomes in a complex business environment supporting Environmental Services operations. Additional qualifications include strong financial acumen, talent management, communication skills and a demonstrated track record of developing strong client relationships.

This Client Executive will be a trusted advisor central to the client partnership and key to delivering results that meet client needs. Has direct accountability for operational excellence  achieved by delivering on our contractual obligations and our service commitments that are: Predictable, Reliable, and Repeatable.  

You have:

  • Experience in environmental services operations management as well as working in multiple sites.
  • Knowledge of latest trends and innovations to drive client value
  • Track record demonstrating strong leadership skills
  • Ability to build and develop a strong team
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Client relationship skills
  • Strong communication skills and ability to interact from frontline to C-suite
  • Business development skills to identify and successfully target growth opportunities among existing clients
  • Financial and creative problem-solving acumen

  • prioritize tasks and exhibit flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed; and/or
  • Preference to demonstrate working knowledge of Sodexo Food Management System (FMS) The Market Connection (TMC) or is proficient in computer skills and report management experience.
