Environmental Services / Custodial Manager 2

This is a 900+ bed academic medical center located in central North Carolina, and is the flagship hospital of UNC Health. This is Environmental Services Manager is a day shift position starting at 6:00am with about 95 total FTEs split among four managers each with specific job duties. We are located next to the university and split into 7 Hospitals each with its own care unit. This role will oversee a fast-paced, patient-centered environment. 

• be responsible for driving client and patient satisfaction scores;
• provide a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors and staff;
• lead teams and departmental projects and initiatives;
• support a diverse and inclusive workforce.

• have experience leading, training and managing a team and is a leader who develops and motivates a team to exceed the expectations of clients and customers in service delivery;
• have customer service and/or guest satisfaction in a health care or hospitality;
• possess strong leadership skills and has the ability to work independently to drive program;

• are proficient with computers and other technology.
