Sodexo is seeking an Environmental Services / Custodial Manager for full service account at Penn Presbyterian Medical Center located in Philadelphia, PA. This position will be a “flex schedule” to cover open positions and to support all shifts when scheduled and will oversee a team of 45. It will be 40 hours per week including weekends and holidays. This is a great entry level, custodial manager role!

The successful candidate will:

 

  • be responsible for walking this 550K square foot facility and monitoring the boards in EPIC; 
  • drive success to reduce bed turnover;
  • strip rooms and remove linens to help expedite room turnover;
  • be responsible for driving client and patient satisfaction scores;
  • provide a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors and staff and works closely with the Infectious Control department;
  • support a diverse and inclusive workforce.

Is this opportunity right for you? We are looking for candidates who:

 

  • have experience driving customer service and/or guest satisfaction results in a health care environment is preferred;
  • possess strong leadership skills and can work independently to drive program compliance and reach project target dates of completion;
  • are results and safety driven;
  • have knowledge of housekeeping systems and procedures;
  • have 1-3 years previous custodial / housekeeping or similar management experience;
  • are proficient with computers and other technology.
