Sodexo is seeking a high-profile Patient Experience Director for Atrium Health Cabarrus in Concord, NC.  Atrium Health Cabarrus is a regional 457-bed, not-for-profit hospital. More than 4,200 hospital employees provide services through an extensive inpatient and outpatient network, including Jeff Gordon Children's Center, Hayes Family Center and Batte Cancer Center, part of Atrium Health Levine Cancer Institute

 

**Typical Shift: Monday-Friday**

(weekends vary based on business needs)

 

The Patient Experience Director will interface with other healthcare professionals to improve the patient experience.  This position will play a heavy role in program and process implementation.  This position will be the main point of contact for the Patient Services Department and report to the General Manager.
