Role Overview

Sodexo has a new and exciting opening for a Human Resources Manager 3 to support 6 accounts in the North Florida HCA Division

 

**Area of responsibility will focus in the Tallahassee and Panhandle Regions**

 

 

We're looking for candidates who are passionate, solution oriented, and have a positive attitude. The ideal candidate will have great technical skills as well as excellent communication with clients, staff and patients. 

 

 

 

Incentives

What You'll Do

The successful candidate will:

  • Recruit and Onboard frontline hires utilizing Sodexo’s onboarding & payroll systems;
  • Possess knowledge of state and federal HR laws;
  • Maintain active and terminated employee files;
  • Communicates in a clear, effective and respectful manner at all times;
  • Consistently exhibit business maturity and professionalism;
  • Understand and respect sensitive and confidential information;
  • Has excellent computer skills with proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook as well as the ability to learn additional computer programs as needed;

What You Bring

  • fluent in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Teams) and Smart Sheet;
  • able to create and facilitate training utilizing webinars;
  • detailed oriented, flexible, and have ability to manage multiple priorities; and/or
  • have excellent organization, communication and project management skills.
  • willing to travel between accounts (mileage reimbursement)

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience

Minimum Management Experience - 2 years          

Minimum Functional Experience – 2 years in HR
