Role Overview

In this very hands on General Manager 4 role, the General Manager will have a MV of about 1.5 million and oversee the day to day operations of the cafe, office coffee, and day care, with providing assistance for the day to day catering business as needed. Other Duties will include, but not limted to:

  • Managing the client relationship
  • Responsible for budget/finances
  • Leading and developing a team of 8 hourly employees
  • Oversee the day to day operation
  • Ensuring quality and presentation
  • Customer Services
  • HR related duties

  • Strong financial acumen

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience  
Minimum Management Experience - 5 years              
Minimum Functional Experience - 5 years
