Sodexo Campus Services is seeking a Retail Manager 2 for its Dining services at Winthrop University in Rock Hill, South Carolina. Approximately 20 minutes from Charlotte, Winthrop's campus encompasses a rich architectural blend of neo-Georgian buildings and is included in the National Register of Historic Places. Winthrop Dining Services offers diverse dining options to the campus community, including a chef-driven residential dining program and exciting retail concepts, including allergen-safe selections. Sodexo's dining services offer 9 Retail locations, residential dining, catering and concessions. Sodexo provides college campuses with food, nutrition, environmental, and facilities management solutions. • lead frontline teams, mentoring them in accurate cash handling, operations, open and closing processes; and/or
• train and manage department HACCP Safety Programs, Sodexo programs, and daily operation standards.

• a history of strong leadership and excellent communication skills;
