Role Overview

Sodexo is seeking a dynamic General Manager 5 - Food Service to lead operations at Hoag Memorial Hospital Irvine located in Irvine, CA. With a new hospital tower, cafeteria, and coffee bar under construction, this is your chance to drive food service excellence in a rapidly growing healthcare environment.

 

Candidates must be Certified Dietary Manager or Registered Dietitian or have additional certifications to meet California requirements.  

What You'll Do

  • have oversight of day-to-day operations;
  • deliver high quality food services including retail, catering and patient meal management operations; 
  • achieve company and client financial targets and goals;  
  • develop and maintain client and customer relationships (i.e., comfortable in c-suite settings where communication skills are imperative when serving as top level site management)
  • develop strategic plans.
