With total unit responsibility, you'll manage nearly $1 million in annual volume, focusing on customer satisfaction, budgeting, cost control, and compliance. What You'll Do

  • Lead and manage operations, analyzing data to drive performance improvements and ensure contract guarantees are met.
  • Act as the lead for budget management, financial analysis, and expense tracking to control costs and increase revenue.
  • Oversee culinary operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation, innovation, and a focus on health and wellness offerings- this is a hands on Chef role
  • Supervise and mentor staff to meet Sodexo objectives, maintain service quality, and foster workplace diversity.
  • Plan and execute special events, maintaining cost control and overseeing payroll records.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to support account retention and growth.
