Seeking a General Manager 4 to lead a team at this higher education account in Purchase NY state. The account includes resident dining, retail, and robust high end wedding catering's. Good team building skills are important. The best qualified GM for this role will have a background in catering and strong financial acumen. Manhattanville College is a union account. This is a great opportunity to grow your career at a small mid-sized operation.

What You Bring

  • Previous food service management experience ideally in a campus environment;
  • Strong financial skills, P&L experience;  
  • a work history demonstrating strong leadership and hospitality skills and the ability to work collaboratively;
  • the ability to manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills, and a passion for a high level of customer service;
  • Knowledge of compliance with food safety, sanitation, and overall workplace safety standards;
  • The ability to prioritize tasks and exhibit flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
