Sodexo is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the food operations department at Oklahoma Children's Hospital located in Oklahoma City, OK.

What You'll Do

  • track employee attendance through KRONOS; 
  • conduct inventory of floor stock;
  • order and distribute new employee uniforms; and/or;
  • conduct new hire tours and in-service trainings for food safety; fire safety, and customer service.

What You Bring

  • fluent in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) and SharePoint;
  • detailed oriented, flexible, and have ability to manage multiple priorities; and/or
  • have excellent organization, communication, and project management skills.
