Sodexo is seeking a Operational Manager 2 Lahey Clinic Medical Center, Burlington, Massachusetts.  This position will be utilized for patient  engagement and driving overall satisfaction.  This is a 2nd shift with some weekends and holidays. This will report to a General manager on - site.

Manage the Environmental Service Staff in a hospital setting. Management of 25 hospital  non union staff.

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 2 years of work experience in Housekeeping, Environmental or Custodial Services
