Resident District Manager

This presents a compelling opportunity for a prospective sale situated on the Emerald Coast of Florida. The offering encompasses a large-scale K-12 School District comprising 40 school locations and serving 31,000 students. The ideal candidate should possess over 10 years of experience in the K-12 sector, along with a comprehensive understanding of USDA requirements and policies. It is essential for the candidate to demonstrate an entrepreneurial vision aimed at enhancing student participation and achieving the financial objectives of both the Client and the company. A thorough expertise in Sodexo programs, including UFS, TMC, Safety, and Staff Training, will be considered a significant advantage. • have oversight of day-to-day operations;

• have a work history demonstrating strong employee engagement leadership skills, as well as previous supervisory experience and the ability to work collaboratively; 
• have culinary production experience and a strong background in safety and sanitation compliance; 
• can manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills, and a passion for a high level of customer service; 
• prioritize tasks and exhibit flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed; and/or
• demonstrate working knowledge of Sodexo Food Management System (FMS) The Market Connection (TMC) and is proficient in computer skills and report management experience. This does not apply to external candidates.
