Role Overview

Sodexo is seeking a Retail Manager 3 for the University of Louisiana Lafayette, located in Lafayette, Louisiana. Lafayette is located 40 miles west of Baton rouge LA. and 120 miles northwest of New Orleans LA. The University of Louisiana Lafayette has a resident population of 3400 and growing and a total student population of 18,500. The university features a student union, a state of the art resident dining facility, and 8 additional retail locations.

What You'll Do

The Retail manager will oversee retail operations including branded and local concepts, up to 10 retail locations including Pizza Hut, McAllisters, Starbucks, Jazzmans, Smoothie King and various local concepts. Overall retail volume of $2.5M. Seeking experienced leaders who can grow sales and develop their team.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience – 1 year of work experience in concessions, retail sales, or store operations
