As an Executive Chef at Sodexo with The Good Eating Company you’ll be at the forefront of culinary excellence, curating upscale hospitality experiences that delight our discerning clientele. This is a hands-on, innovative role that will focus on fresh ingredients to growing the culinary program with our client. We are obsessed with local products, scratch cooking, great food and being best in class. We are hiring for a Executive Chef that can provide an exceptional experience and lead our team with kindness and culinary drive.

What You'll Do

  • Ensure all food always looks and tastes great and is visually appetizing when served
  • Be strong all-round culinary ability and strong craft skills in all areas of professional cookery, including main courses; salads; sauce work; and pastry and baking
  • Have a strong knowledge of food and able to cook using multiple styles of cuisine recognizing and reacting to contemporary catering trends
  • Constantly looking for new recipes and new ideas and initiatives that will improve both the quality of food and service for the café  
  • Play a key role and enthusiastically mentor’s culinary personnel

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 5 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 3 years
