Role Overview

Sodexo is seeking a hands-on Facilities / Engineering Manager 1 for Trinity Preparatory School located in Winter Park, FL. This position will manage a small maintenance team on campus. All work orders will be managed and delegated via this Facilities Manager. Free parking, room for future advancement, and a positive work life balance are just a few perks to this position. What You Bring

  • A proven track record of successful Facilities Management leadership experience as demonstrated by articulated results and accomplishments
  • Technical knowledge of the following: mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, structural, safety systems, architectural, landscape and energy management
  • Exceptional customer service, relationship building and communication skills
  • Strong Leadership skills with a focus on staff development and team building
